We buy, build and grow software companies for the long haul.
A holding company for great internet businesses. We buy majority stakes, bring in AI and our own team, and keep them.
Selling your company shouldn’t be harder than building it.
We have sold companies ourselves, and each time it dragged on for months. Weeks of back and forth. Exotic earnouts tied to targets we would no longer control. A price that slipped in diligence. A buyer already planning their own exit.
Truemark is the buyer we were looking for and couldn’t find. We buy good internet businesses, add our own team and AI, and build them into the leaders of their category. No fund clock, no flip.
If you have built something good and are ready for what comes next, you will have a letter of intent from us within two weeks.
You built something good. We help it go further.
No strip it and flip it. Our own team joins on day one and adds what one founder can’t do alone: engineering, growth and AI. The goal is to make each company the AI-native leader of its category.
- 01

Take the load off
Finance, hiring, support and admin, handled by our team and more and more by AI, so your people can spend their time on customers.
- 02

Build what’s next
Our engineers build on what you made and ship the things your customers have been asking for, in weeks rather than years.
- 03

Reach more customers
Search, ads and conversion run together as one system. We test what works every week and keep what does.
- 04

Keep it
No plan to sell. The profits stay in the business, and we are still here in year ten.
Every tool we use is tested on our own companies first, so yours gets what already works.
Established internet businesses ready for their next chapter.
Founder-led companies whose owner is ready to step back, and good products that deserve more time and resources than one person can give. Usually €500k to €3M in revenue with three or more years of trading. We buy majority stakes, often the whole company.
Businesses we love
Online services, platforms, software and ecommerce.
- Profitable, or nearly
- Profitable today, or profitable before a rough patch.
- Customers who stay
- Recurring or repeat revenue and low churn.
- Low cost per extra customer
- Software, ecommerce or a productised digital service.
- Runs without the founder
- A small team that keeps things moving day to day.
- Room for AI to do the heavy lifting
- Manual support, content or operations that AI can take over, so the team can grow the business.
Not for us
If it depends on billable hours or heavy assets, we are the wrong buyer.
- Agencies and staffing
- Revenue per hour billed or per worker placed.
- Hardware and heavy capex
- Factories, fleets and stock-heavy models.
- Ideas without revenue
- We buy products that already have customers.
- Licensed financial services
- Anything that needs a financial regulator’s approval.
Messy is fine.
A company can be worth owning and still be in trouble. We are comfortable when things are complicated and time is short.
Founder fatigue
Burnout, retirement or a new venture. The business is fine; the founder is ready to move on.
Insolvency
Administration or bankruptcy. We work directly with administrators and trustees.
Wrong cap table
Too many investors, a stalled round or a partner who wants out. We clean it up and buy them out.
Side divisions
A product line that no longer fits its parent. With us it becomes the main thing.
Three steps, about eight weeks.
No endless back and forth.
- Week 1
Intro call
Thirty minutes on the business, what you want next and what happens to your team.
- Week 2
Letter of intent
Price, structure and terms on paper. If it is not a fit, we say so and explain why.
- Weeks 3 to 8
Diligence and handover
Focused checks sized to your business, then a handover at a pace you choose. Our team starts on day one.
- The price holds. The number in the letter of intent is the number you get. Diligence confirms what you told us; it does not reopen the price.
- No exotic earnouts. Most of the price is paid in cash at close. Nothing hangs on targets you no longer control.
- One offer, our best. We put a full offer on paper once, so there are no weeks of haggling and no re-trading late in the process.
-

Sebastiaan Vesseur FounderBuilt and sold two companies: a performance marketing business that drove early growth for Spotify, Netflix and Uber, and a regulated consumer platform acquired by Ltech. Since 2024 he has owned and grown DogsIncluded, the proof of concept for Truemark.
Behind the portfolio sits a small permanent team of engineers, growth specialists and operators. They work across every company we own, which is how one playbook reaches all of them.
Questions founders ask.
Anything else, ask us directly. We would rather answer a question early than surprise you late.
- Do I have to stay on after the sale?
- No. Some founders stay a few months to hand over, some stay for years, some step away at completion. We agree the plan before we sign and stick to it.
- What happens to my team?
- They stay. We buy businesses because they work, and the people running them are a big part of why.
- Will my staff and customers find out?
- Only when you decide they should. We sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive.
- How do you value a business?
- Mostly on profit and on how predictable the revenue is. Recurring revenue, low churn and a product that runs without you all push the price up.
- Will AI replace my team?
- No. AI takes the repetitive work off their plate so they can spend more time on the work customers notice. We buy businesses because of the people in them.
- Do you buy companies in administration?
- Yes. Administrators and trustees get a clear yes or no quickly, and we can buy the assets or the going concern.
- Will you ever sell my company on?
- We plan to hold for the long run and have no fund forcing a sale. If that ever changes, it will be because it is right for the business.
A few lines is enough.
